Scope of Services:

• The scope of works is design & engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP works in accordance with Authorities requirements, and not limited to DEWA, Dubai Civil Defense, DDA, SIRA, DM requirements, etc.
• All works done as per contract documents and approved samples as per Project Owner/Engineer shall comply with Authorities, Engineer/Project Owner approval.
• The necessary liaison with the related third party, civil defense, local Authorities/Departments, and carrying out the full MEP work.
• Making good and remedying of any defective works during the Contract period and Defects Liability Period.
