Project Objectives and Scope of Work:

The scope of services required from the Contractor is to repurpose an existing offices space back to its original purpose as a venue hosting weddings, receptions, conferences and related celebrations with all amenities and ancillary services. this includes full refurbishment of scoping area located on ground and mezzanine floors.
